Michigan Fishing License- What You Need

April 23rd, 2009 by evan

When you are heading up to the Pere Marquette, you are going to want to get the Multi-Species License. The non-resident license will run you $41.00 and is an annual fishing license. There are daily options too if you want to go that route, but either way you will need the multi-species to fish the PM.

Most of my clients get the annual license when steelhead fishing because they often return later in the year for the salmon run.

If you have any questions about getting your license, feel free to get in touch with me.

The state of Michigan has made it easy, allowing you to get your license at home, print it out and bring it with you. Here’s that link: http://www.mdnr-elicense.com/welcome.asp

Remember, get the multi-species and you will be set to fish the Pere Marquette River.

Again, if you have questions, feel free to ask!
