Hot steel on cold days

The pere Marquette is still fishing great with fresh runs of wild steelhead moving up river with the recent weather change.Like is always the case some stretches of the pere Marquette are fishing better than others, at this point the middle sections, the fly water and some of the lower river is fishing good, flies of choice have been egg pattern under indicator, standard steelhead nymphs and streamer(both swung and stripped) have been producing. Trout beads have also taken a few fish and streamer fishing is really getting better every trip. Its shaping up to be a great fall/winter here in northern Michigan! I have a few open dates left if you want to try your hand at some of the falls best fishing.
